None appears on behalf of the Petitioner when the matter is called. Heard Mr.P.C.Das, learned counsel appearing for the State. 3.
Mr.P.C.Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that the matter has become infructuous in the meantime. In such view of the matter the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. 4.
However, it is open for the Petitioner to revive the petition by filing an appropriate application, in the event the cause of action still survives.
