Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Even though the present Writ Petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the Opposite Parties to regularize the service of the Petitioners in terms of the G.A. Department under Annexure-17-Series, but it is fairly submitted by Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioners that the Petitioners have been disengaged in the meantime.

In view of such submission, learned counsel for the Petitioners is permitted to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to file a better application by giving all the particulars and the developments which have taken place in the meantime.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
