This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. It is brought to the notice of the Court that in order dated 22.2.2022 a typographical error has crept in in the 5th paragraph, the words "Departmental Proceeding" may be deleted and substituted by the words "Departmental Promotion Committee".

3. Corrections be carried out in the order dated 22.2.2022 accordingly.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has no up-to-date instruction from the petitioner to pursue the matter at present on behalf of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the opposite parties that considering the nature of challenge, i.e., challenge to a Departmental Promotion Committee Proceeding dated 22.8.2012, after a long lapse of time, more so, for the fact that the petitioner would have retired on attaining the age of superannuation in the year 2022 and the respective rights of the promoted candidates would

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of for lack of instruction from the petitioner to pursue the litigation at present granting liberty to revive the same within sixty days for any surviving cause of action.
