This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

None appears for the petitioner, when the matter is called. When the matter was last taken up on 24.02.2022, none had appeared for the petitioner and the following order was passed :- "The writ petition is registered on 7.8.2021 before this Court after the O.A. was transferred from the learned Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar upon its abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal it is indicated that the matter was never taken up after 20.2.2017.

The Original Application was filed by the petitioner/applicant before the learned Tribunal in the year 2012 when the petitioner was 49 years of age working as Junior Clerk (on as hoc basis) in the office of District Information & Public Relation Officer, Jagatsinghpur (O.P. No.4).

Learned AGA submits that nothing would survive for adjudication after a long lapse of 10 years and more so, when the matters was never taken up after 2017 before the learned Tribunal.

To grant another opportunity to the petitioner, list on 23.3.2022."

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. (M.S. Sahoo) Judge
