1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

2. This is an application for bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners in anticipation of arrest for their alleged involvement in the offences U/s.341/307/506/379/294/384/34 IPC.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the present Petitioners having four criminal antecedents stand to their credit.

4. Having regard to the fact that the Petitioners having series of criminal antecedents to their credit, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioners. The ABLAPL is rejected. (Chittaranjan Dash) Judge KC Bisoi
