This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.2496 of 2013 was filed before the learned Orissa Administrative Tribunal. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OA) No.2496 of 2013.

Heard Mr. B.D. Chalan, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Anupam Rath, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner sought for a direction to the Opposite Parties to accept his application form for engagement as Livestock Inspector in Nuapada District.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that since the Original Application has been filed before the learned Orissa Administrative Tribunal way back in the year 2013, he has no up-to-date instruction in this matter.

It appears by efflux of time, the matter has been rendered infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the PTO

// 2 // Petitioner to revive the petition within a period of 90 days from today, if any cause of action still survives. 7.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
