In this CRLMP, the Petitioner chellenges teh action of the Opposite Party No.4/ Inspector-In-Charge, Chandipur Police Station, Chandipur, District-Balasore in conducting the proper investigtion in Chandipur P.S. Case Nos.16 of 2022 and 74 of 2022 in spite of the order passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Balasore in I.C.C. Case No.79 of 2021.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits the grievance of the Petitioner has already been redressed, as chargesheets have already been filed in the aforesaid cases in the meantime.
