The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the communication dated 19.08.2014 under Annexure-5Series. 4.
It is submitted that apprehending their disengagement/termination, the Present Writ Petition was filed challenging such communication dated 19.08.2014. But it is fairly submitted that the petitioner was never disengaged and allowed to continue as such till date. 5.
In view of such factual position, nothing remains to be decided in the present Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the Petitioner to make any fresh application, if any cause of action still subsists.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
