The Petitioner's representation (Annexure-4) shall be examined by the Chief Secretary, Govt. of Odisha (Opposite Party No.1) and after issuing notice to him and a reasoned order shall be passed not later than 7th March, 2023. The said order shall be communicated to the Petitioner thereafter. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
