This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner, in this CRLMP, seeks a direction from this Court to the opposite parties more particularly opposite party nos.3 to 5 to arrest the accused persons in connection with Bramhagiri P.S. Case No.241 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 147/148/341/323/436/336/337/365/307/149 of the IPC read with Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 2 & 4 of the Explosive Substances Act read with Sections 3(1)(r)(s) and 3(2)(iv)(v) of the S.C. & S.T. (P.A.) Act corresponding to G.R. Case No.673 of 2021 pending in the file of learned NGN-cum-J.M.F.C., Bramhagiri and thereby not registered the case under Section 395 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the investigation of the case is not being done properly by the police authority.

Hence, this Court ensures that the investigation be completed within a short time and such investigation be done properly. In view of such matter, the IIC, Bramhagiri Police Station is directed to take up the matter and do proper investigation within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
