Heard Mr. S. Palit, learned Senior Counsel appearing along with Mr. S. Bose, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.N. Das, learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties. 3.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the action of the opposite parties in restricting the participation in the tender process in respect of NTPC/USSC-CPG2/9900246303 and tender id no.2022_NTPC_70615_1 under Annexure-5 to only the enlisted contractors.

Mr. S. Palit, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner files an affidavit in Court today after serving a copy thereof on learned counsel for the opposite parties. Referring to paragraph-3 of the said affidavit, he contended that the opposite parties have already enlisted the petitioner for participation in the bidding process. He also contended that the last date for submission of bid has also been extended till 21.11.2022 and the petitioner has been permitted to upload his bid online.

Mr. A.N. Das, learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties endorses such contentions raised by learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and contends that the petitioner has already submitted his bid on 09.11.2022 and it has been permitted to participate in the bid process. 6.
In the above view of the matter, the relief sought has been granted to the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. The affidavit so filed in Court today be kept on record.
