1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

2. The prayer for modification, as sought for in the I.A., is allowed. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is allowed to carry out necessary corrections in the cause-title of the bail application so far as the 2(b) CC Case is concerned. Accordingly, in the 6th line of para-3 of the order dated 16.11.2022, after the words and figures "O.R. Case No.93 of 2017-18" the words and figures "corresponding to 2(b)CC Case No.07 of 2020" be added.

3. One week's further time from today is extended, as a last chance, for the Petitioner to surrender before the court below as per the aforesaid order dated 16.11.2022, but subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) to the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association and producing the Money Receipt thereof before the concerned court.

4. It is made clear that, this order will not be in force, in case the Petitioner fails to take advantage of the present order.

5. The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
