Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs.

"(i) Respondents may be directed to appoint the applicant in any Class-IV post under Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme in place of her deceased husband Laxman Behera who died while working as Welder Gr. II.

(ii) Pass any other order or orders as the Hon'ble Tribunal deem fit and proper".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.1 seeking redressal of his grievance as made in the representation dated 26.08.2014 under Annexure-8 to the Writ Petition. 5.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court

// 2 // directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
