Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs.
"(i) The Original Application be admitted.
(ii) Office Order dated 02.04.2013 vide Annexure-10 in so far as the relates to appoint be quashed. (iii) The Respondents may be directed to give promotion to the application to the post of Level-4 as Headmaster of Gandhi Memorial Upper Primary School, Paralakhemundi in the scale of pay of Rs.5,200-20,200/- with the grade pay of Rs.2,400/- as per the promotion letter dated 19.12.2012 vide Annexure-1.
(iv) And further be pleased to pass any other relief9s) as would be deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.3 seeking redressal of his grievance as made in the representation dated 30.06.2013 under Annexure-11 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
