Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs.
"(i) To pass appropriate order by directing to the respondent / authorities to issue engagement order in favour of the applicant to the post of part time Physical Education Instructor as they have already given engagement to Sl.No.10, 21 and 23 within a stipulated period on the basis of Collector, Balasore letter dtd. 01.02.2014.
(ii) To pass such further order / orders as deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and allow the case with cost.
(iii) And for this act of kindness, the applicant shall as in duty bound, ever pray".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.2 seeking redressal of his grievance as made in the representation dated 01.02.2014 under Annexure-4 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
