The Original Application No. 3741 of 2014 was filed Order No.

before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No. 3741 of 2014. 2.

The Petitioner, Inspector of Supplies, Bhadrak, has approached this Court by way of filing Original Application (converted to writ petition), challenging the order of suspension on contemplation of departmental proceeding alleging contravention of statutory rules.

At the time of hearing today, Mr. Rashmi Rekha Pradhan, proxy counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. A. K. Biswal, counsel for the Petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the writ

// 2 // petition, the Petitioner has been reinstated in service and accordingly, the matter has been rendered infructuous. 4.

In view of such submission, nothing survives for adjudication in the matter and the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
