This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

The Petitioner having been implicated in Rajkanika P.S. Case No.58 of 2020 corresponding to the concerned case registered for alleged commission of offence under section 341/294/323/324/354-B/506/307/34 of the IPC pending on the file of the learned J.M.F.C., Aul, has filed this application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for his release on bail in the event of his arrest.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State as well as the learned counsel for the Informant.

Considering the submission and on going through the materials on record, further keeping in view the earlier order dated 08.04.2021 passed in ABLAPL No.3172 of 2021 and in the absence of any change/s in the circumstance/s, this Court finds no such reason/ justification to entertain this application for reconsideration of the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands dismissed.
