1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the writ petition regarding share of the family pension of the mother-in-law, who died on 27.10.2010, while continuing as Staff Nurse at Headquarters Hospital, Sundargarh. The inter se dispute between the legal heir of the deceased employee has already been amicably settled and no cause of action subsists.

3. In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
