RJ This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 11th August, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar upon its abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up after 15.11.2013.

The original application was filed in the year 2013 by the petitioner/applicant before the learned Tribunal who was working then as Inspector of Co-operative Societies under the administrative control of the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Baripada in the district of Mayurbhanj challenging the orders of promotion to the rank of Sub Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Societies (SARCS).

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the original application which has been now registered as a writ petition, the

// 2 // petitioner has got promotion rendering the writ petition infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
