This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No. 2897 of 2014 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No. 2897 of 2014.

The Petitioner being appointed as Sikshyakarmi on 5th July, 1990, at Somapur Primary School in the district of Bhadrak, came up to ventilate his grievance that he was not considered for promotion to Level-IV from Level-V, whereas some of his juniors were given promotion.

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call today.

Heard Mr. R.C. Pattnaik, Additional Standing Counsel for the School and Mass Education.

Since this matter is pending since 2014, by influx of time the matter has been rendered infructuous. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the Petitioner to
