1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.
2. By means of this application, the Petitioners seeks grant of bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. in apprehension of arrest for their alleged involvement in the offences U/s. 143/144/147/148/294/323/324/ 307/506/149, I.P.C. and Section 25 of the Arms Act, in connection with Tangi P.S. Case No.583 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.548 of 2022 pending in the court of learned NGN-cumJ.M.F.C., Tangi.
3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the name of the present Petitioners do not find place in the F.I.R. However, they being the family members of other accused persons, are apprehending arrest. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioners that in the selfsame incident arising out of the present case, this Court has passed order directing the petitioners to surrender and go on bail.

Keeping in view the nature of allegations, the circumstances appearing in the case and the seriousness and gravity of the offence, and the fact that the present Petitioners are in better footing with that of the co-accused persons, while this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail, it is directed that, in the event the Petitioners surrender and move for bail before the learned NGN-cum-J.M.F.C., Tangi in the aforesaid G.R. Case within a period of three weeks hence, they shall be admitted to bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court.
5. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
