The present contempt has been filed for the alleged non-compliance of the order dated 13.09.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.26287 of 2021, whereby the petitioner was permitted to file an application for One Time Settlement before the Bank, and the Bank was to decide the same in accordance with the Policy.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the brief along with no objection has been taken away from him by the petitioner.

We find none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
