This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.
The Original Application No. 2884 of 2013 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OA) No. 2884 of 2013.

Heard Mr. Suryanarayan Pattnaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner & Mr. Anupam Rath, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the Opposite Parties.

Mr. Pattnaik submits that the Petitioner has challenged the promotion to the rank of OAS Class-I (Senior Branch). The learned Tribunal issued notice on the question of admission vide order dated 22.10.2013. Counter affidavit has not been filed by the Opposite Party No. 1, 2&3. 5.
At this stage, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that this petition has been pending since 2013 and his representations dated 9.05.2013 and 20.09.2013 are still pending consideration before the Special Secretary to Govt. General Administration Department (Opposite Party No. 3).

The Opposite Party No. 3 is, therefore, to dispose of the said representations under Annexure-5 series, if pending in accordance with law. The Petitioner is directed to produce a certified copy of this order along with the representations dated 9.05.2013 and 20.09.2013 within a period of four weeks from today. The Opposite Party No. 3 shall consider the representations in accordance with law within a period three months thereafter.

With the above observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
