1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The present petitioner was retrenched from his contractual service as Medical Officer having experience from 2000 to 2007 at Nilgiri Sub-Divisional Hospital. He has been ignored for contractual engagement as Medical Officer despite the recommendation of the State Government.

3. The matter was contractual in nature and the O.A. was filed in the year, 2013, which has been transferred to this Court.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this matter has become infructuous. In view of such submission, the WPC (OA) is disposed of as infructuous.
