This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This writ petition is filed with a direction to learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar to dispose of Civil Proceeding No. 183 of 2016 at an early date.

Taking into consideration the prayer made in the writ petition, this Court vide order dated 11th January, 2022 directed learned Judge, Family Court to submit a report as to by which date he can dispose of the aforesaid civil proceeding. 4.

Accordingly, learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar vide his letter No. 33 dated 31st January, 2022 submitted his report stating that two months' time is required to dispose of C.P. No. 183 of 2016.

In view of the above, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction that on production of certified copy of this order, learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar shall make an endeavour for early disposal of C.P. No. 183 of 2016 as expeditiously as

// 2 // possible, preferably within a period of three moths therefrom giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
