Heard Mr. B.Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. M.Balabantaray, learned counsel for the State. 3.
The Petitioner is aggrieved by the order of dismissal passed by the competent authority on 30.09.2014 under Annexure-3 on the ground that the Petitioner is convicted in a criminal proceeding. 4.
It is submitted by Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner that against the order of conviction and sentence, the Petitioner has moved this Court in CRLA No.279 of 2014 and the said appeal is yet to be disposed of.

In view of such position, the Writ Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the Petitioner to reiterate his prayer, if he ultimately succeeds in the aforesaid appeal.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the WPC(OAC) stands disposed of.
