This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

On 13.04.2022, the matter was considered and the following order was passed:- "The writ petition has been renumbered and registered before this Court on 13.12.2021 after being transferred, upon abolition of State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.
On perusal of the available order sheet of the learned Tribunal, it is found that the matter was never taken up/pursued after 07.04.2017.
The original application was filed in the year challenging the order dated 26.06.2014 (Annexure-1) passed by the Government of Odisha, Health and Family welfare Department rejecting the claim of the petitioner regarding grant of certain pay scale/service benefits.
To grant another opportunity to the petitioner, list on 24.06.2022."

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was intimated by letter on 19.04.2022 seeking up-to-date instruction. However, the petitioner has not responded.

Learned AGA reiterates the submissions on behalf of the State that the rejection of the claim of the petitioner regarding certain benefits and the order being passed on 26.06.2014, nothing would survive for adjudication after a passage of eight

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of for lack of up-to-date instruction from the petitioner to pursue the matter at present granting liberty to revive the same within ninety days for any surviving cause of action.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
