Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2021 in connection with Gangapur P.S. Case No. 195 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 529 of 2021 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Aska for the alleged commission of offence under Section 395 of IPC.

Considering the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that the coaccused persons, namely, Badal Das and Subrat Jena and Roshan Kumar Bisoyi have already been granted bail as per orders passed by this Court in BLAPL No.419 of 2022 and BLAPL No. 7541 of 2021, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including

the condition that he shall appear before the concerned Police Station once in a week preferably on Sunday between 10.00 A.M. and 1.00 P.M. till conclusion of trial. Further, it is open to the court in seisin over the matter to impose any additional conditions(s), if situation so warrants.

The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
