This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.2442 of 2013 was filed before the learned Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OA) No.2442 of 2013.

Heard Mr. M.K. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Anupam Rath, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner working as Driver Havildar Major under OSAP, 6th Battalion, Cuttack seeks for a direction to the Opposite Party Nos.3 to 5 for including his name in the zone of consideration for the promotional post in the rank of M.T. Deputy Subedar.

While the matter is taken up today, Mr. M.K.Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no up-todate instructions in this matter. 6.

Since the matter is of the year 2013, it is not felt proper to keep the matter pending by granting adjournment. However, PTO

// 2 // the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to revive the petition within 90 days from today, if cause of action still survives.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
