Heard Mr. D.Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.Bharatwaj, learned counsel for the State. 3.

It is submitted by Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner that in the meantime the Petitioner has been reinstated but he has not been extended with the salary for certain period. 4.

Accordingly, while disposing the Writ Petition liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make a fresh representation before Opposite Party No.2 with regard to non-release of salary within three weeks and in case such a representation is made, the same be considered by Opposite Party No.2 in accordance with law within a period of three months. The order so passed be also communicated to the Petitioner.
