The Original Application No.3047 of 2013 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as W.P.C.(OA) No.3047 of 2013.

Heard Mr. Pattnaik, learned Standing Counsel for the School & Mass Education.

The Petitioner-Applicant has filed this petition assailing that though he has rendered considerable length of service in Level-V post, he is not given promotion to the post of Odisha Elementary Education Cadre Level-IV. 6.

This petition has been filed in 2013. By efflux of time, the cause of action seems to have not survived. 7.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the Petitioner to revive this petition
