The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to release her vehicle bearing Registration No.OD-35C-8226 (Truck), which has been seized by the Chief Manager, Bank of Baroda, Angul Branch, Angul-Opposite Party No.3. 3.

It is submitted by Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner that a proceeding for recovery of the loan amount in respect of the aforesaid vehicle is pending before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Odisha, Cuttack.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
