Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file appeal. If the Petitioner files appeal within a period of two weeks hence, the same will be entertained and decided on its own merit. Grounds raised herein can very well be taken in appeal and the same shall also be decided by the appellate authority. 2.
