This writ petition involves the following prayer: "

PRAYER The petitioner therefore prays that your Lordships would graciously be pleased to admit the writ application and after hearing the parties, direct O.P. No.1 to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner at Annexure -1 and direct the appropriate authority to visit the village and install street light in the village and repair the damaged tube wells and install 3 tube wells more to meet the water supply in the village within a stipulated time."

Considering the submissions made by the parties, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-1 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order alongwith a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner.
