Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "a) To direct the respondents to sanction pension/compassionate allowances as the case may be, in favour of the applicant.
b) Acceptance of resignation by the Inspector of Schools is to be quashed and inasmuch as in view of the letter of the Director of Secondary Education in Memo No.29308 dtd.26.09.1995 directed to all Inspector of Schools that the State Government has authorized to sanction leave due and admissible in favour of the staffs appointed by the Inspector of Schools and the periodical increment are to be sanctioned by the concerned Inspector of Schools. So in all fairness at least the Inspector of School or the Director Secondary Education should have the authority to accept the resignation and not by the Managing Committee".

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners states that highlighting their grievance, the Petitioners have made representation to Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexure-5 and the same may be directed to be considered within a
// 2 // stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-5, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
