Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer :- "(i) To quash the clause-4 of Annexure-4 and direct Govt. to give effect of the resolution under Annexure-4 with retrospective effect from 1.1.2006. In consequence Respondent may be directed to fix the pay of the applicant in terms of Annexure-4 for the period he was working as Additional Registrar of Cooperative Societies; (ii) Pass any other order/orders as deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

For the nature of relief sought for and for pendency of the application at the instance of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-5 on the selfsame grounds, this Writ Petition is not entertainable at this stage and the same stands disposed of directing O.P.1 to look into the

// 2 // request of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-5 and pass appropriate orders on the same taking into consideration the grounds raised in this Writ Petition so also the documents appended thereto within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order so also copy of the Writ Petition by the Petitioner.
