Mr. Pratyush Ranjan, learned Counsel states that the brief has been transferred to his Office and, as such, he has got instructions to appear on behalf of the Petitioner. It is contended that since the prayer portion of the Writ Petition is defective one, the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition with better particulars. 3.
