The Petitioner is an E-Auction purchaser of the secured asset i.e. Flat No. 1002, 10th Floor, Tower-3, Z-1 Super Built up area-1741 Sqr.ft, Kalarahanga, Bhubaneswar in E-Auction conducted on 19th November, 2019 by the Authorized Officer of the State Bank of India for recovery of the outstanding liabilities in the loan account of M/S Nectarous Food Ltd.

By filing the present petition, a direction was sought for handing over the vacant peaceful possession of the said flat. 4.

At the time of hearing, a memo has been filed for unconditional withdrawal of the writ petition. P.T.O.
