Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears and submits State has applied for extension of time to comply with directions in order dated 8th July, 2022. Mr. Rath, learned advocate appears on behalf of writ petitioners and Mr. Mohanty learned advocate appears on behalf of opposite party nos.4 to 21 in the writ petition. 2.

Time prayed for is six months. Mr. Rath and Mr. Mohanty submit, not more than three months should be granted. 3.

Time for the Board to prepare fresh select list, as directed by said order dated 8th July, 2022 is extended till three months from date, expiring on 5th December, 2022.
