The petitioner has filed this application seeking to quash the order dated 23.09.2022 passed by opposite party no.2 and to approve the promotion of the petitioner to the post of U.D. Clerk/Senior Clerk with effect from 01.06.1994 by modifying the approval order dated 12.04.2021.

Since the petitioner has approached this Court claiming the benefits under Section 24-B of the Orissa Education Act and Rules framed thereunder, this writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if he is so advised.
