Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has challenged the advertisement for recruitment of Teacher Educators from inservice teachers of School wing in DIETs/DRCs of Orissa dated 08.05.2011. He further submits that since the advertisement was of the year, 2011 and the recruitment process has already been over, the cause of action seems to have lost its significance.
3. In such view of the matter, the matter renders infructuous and the writ petition is disposed of as such.
4. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the Court afresh if any cause of action survives.
