This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

A perusal of the prayer portion of the writ application, it is revealed that the Petitioner has filed the writ application for a direction to the Opposite Party No.1 to treat B.Ed Special Education as equivalent to B.Ed general and issue engagement letter to the Petitioner as Contract Teacher under the category of P.H.-V,I in a Government High School at Jajpur in terms of the advertisement dated 22.10.2012. Since the dispute relates to the order of the year 2013 it is presumed that the same has long since over. 3.

Learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department submits that the matter has become infructuous in the meantime. However, since none appears on behalf of the Petitioner, the matter is dismissed for non-prosecution.
