This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

This is an application filed by the Informant of Gangapur P.S. Case No.228 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.628 of 2021 on the file of the learned J.M.F.C., Aska, which now being committed, has been numbered as S.T. No.71 of 2021 on the file of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aska, Ganjam. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned State Counsel as also for Opposite Party No.2. 4.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the averments taken in the application, I do not find that a case has been made out for cancellation of bail, which has been granted to Opposite Party no.2 in connection with the above noted case. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to approach the Trial Court for imposing any other suitable condition upon Opposite Party No.2 for his continuance on bail.

The CRLMA is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
