Pursuant to order dated 29.11.2022, the Superintendent of Police, Mayurbhanj and O.I.C., Jashipur Police Station appear in persons before this Court through Video Conferencing Mode today.

In this CRLMP, the petitioner challenges the inaction of the police in completing the investigation in connection with Jashipur P.S. Case No.266 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the State submits that in the meantime, the investigation in connection with the above noted P.S. Case has already been completed and charge has

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
