2. None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called.
3. When the matter was listed on 22.3.2022, none had appeared and after considering the matter in detail, the following order was passed :
"1.
This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2.
The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 14th December, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that none had appeared for the petitioner when the matter was called on 11.08.2014 and again on 12.03.2015, the matter was never taken up thereafter nor it was admitted prior thereto. 3.
The original application was filed before the learned Tribunal in the year 2014 by the applicant/petitioner who was 43 years of age challenging a advertisement of the year 1990 for the post of Junior Clerk in the District Offices of Kandhamal, wherein the applicant had participated and his name did not find place in the final merit list published in the month of January, 1992.

Learned Addl.
Standing Counsel referring to the averments made in the writ petition submits that nothing would survive for adjudication in a selection process after 32 years and the matter has not been pursued since it was filed before the learned Tribunal for the last eight years.
To grant another opportunity to the petitioner, list on 5th April, 2022."
4. Learned Addl. Standing Counsel reiterates the submission on behalf of the learned counsel for O.P.-State as indicated in the order dated 22.3.2022.
