Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

This petition involves the following relief:

"In view of the facts mentioned in para-6 above, the applicant prays for the following reliefs:- i) direct/order the respondents to give regular appointment to the applicant in a Class-IV post under Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme as has been given to other under Anenxure-4 and 8 series in view of order passed in O.A.No.3872(C) /94;

ii) pass such other order(s) as would deem fit and proper."

At the same time, this Court finds petitioner has a pending representation vide Annexure-9 on the self same issue. No counter affidavit has also been filed during pendency of the application. For the interest of justice and without wastage of time, the Original Application stands disposed of with a direction to the opposite party no.1 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Anenxure-9 and take decision as appropriate also keeping in view the plea taken in the original Application and the documents appended thereto more particularly the decision of the Tribunal vide Annexure-5 and office

// 2 // order at Annexure-8 series by completing the entire exercise within a period of three months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order along with copy of the Original Application by the petitioner.
