CORAM:

DR. JUSTICE B.R. SARANGI

ORDER

24.08.2022 Order No.

02.

This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2.

Heard.

3.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the Departmental Proceeding as at Annexure-3. 4.

Mr. N. Rath, learned Counsel for the Petitioner contended that during pendency of the Writ Petition, the Petitioner was acquitted from the Vigilance Case and therefore, a direction may be issued for early completion of the departmental proceeding. 3.

This being the limited grievance of the Petitioner, this Writ Petition stands disposed of directing the opposite parties to conclude the Departmental Proceeding as early as possible by affording opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner. Arun (DR. B.R. SARANGI) JUDGE
