2. This application has been transferred to this Court after abolition of State Administrative Tribunal.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not have any instruction on behalf of the petitioner.

4. On the otherhand, learned counsel for the State submits that the present petition may be disposed of as the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed by the concerned authorities.

5. In view of such submission, the WPC(OA) is disposed of as infructuous.
