This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Although at the time of call a prayer was made by Mr. Jugal Kishore Panda, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. Chand, learned counsel for the Petitioner to pass over the matter, but on second call none appears for the Petitioner. 3.

This Court, vide order dated 16th February, 2022, while granting adjournment has made it clear that if learned counsel for the Petitioner fails to obtain instruction in the meantime, the Court shall proceed in accordance with law.

As none appears for the Petitioner, this Court has no other option than to dismiss the matter for non-prosecution. 5.
