Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ application in order to challenge the order dated 29.10.2022 passed by the Department of Water Resources, Government of Odisha, Bhubaneswar imposing withholding the pension under Rule-7(1) of the Odisha Civil Services (Pension) Rules.

In such view of the matter, the writ application is disposed of as withdrawn.
